Curriculum development

As a teacher, I spent 18 years identifying where people and systems fail to achieve their potential, then creating an environment where they could succeed. Today, although I'm working with different tools in a different context - I'm essentially still doing the same thing.

A rich, relevant curriculum

Planning - joint planning sessions with curriculum leaders and class-teachers

Training - empowering teachers to deliver an enriched IT curriculum

Removing obstacles - is the appropriate software or hardware in place? Do staff possess the necessary skills and knowledge to use it?

Working alongside colleagues can empower them by building confidence.

Special 'Activity days' such as 'Code Warriors' enables staff and pupils to benefit from skills and knowledge not available 'in-house'.
